Aion ModTracker: GM's killing innocent people

I was running in pandaemonium to broker and stopped to buy some 'Cippo Aether Jelly' from shop next to the broker entrance. And what happened? See my screens:

If Gamemasters behave like that i prefer NO GM. Its not first time when ppl die in pandaemonium (not goldselling nyerkes, innocent players) . Im really nyerked off....NCsoft plz hire MATURE GMs. not kids plz.

As funny as it sounds, yes, it was a one-time AoE skill glitch/mistake. We can reproduce across all servers if that would help illustrate.
