No, I don't have any confirmation on this. I will post it when it's available to me, don't worry.

Unfortunately this isn't an answer to the question nor a confirmation, but I'm still digging into the matter. The best estimate I can give you is that I'm hoping to get an acceptable answer within the next few weeks, hopefully sooner rather than later.

We're having meetings today, so maybe I'll have more info after that. I've been away for about a week (Comic-Con) so it's not impossible that progress has been made.

I've had another look into this and it appears I won't have an answer on the matter for yet some time, as different variations of the system are still being tested and tweaked. We will make some sort of announcement when we have it decided, but until then I'm afraid that there's nothing I can really confirm.

Hey guys, I know you're possibly confused about this as we haven't made any announcements yet. I can however confirm that items will indeed be available to all characters across your account. For both the pre-order items and the Collector's Edition items, you can receive these items for every Aion character you create on the account. We will have more information on how it actually works for you shortly.
